Accommodation - Pricing and Payment

The following accommodation prices cover the 14 day residential retreat accommodation at the Kalani Oceanside Retreat Centre for the GAIA 2007 Keepership Retreat. The rates described are defined as group rates as GAIA has a group contract with Kalani and has booked 60 beds for the 2 week Keepership Retreat. They include all meals with hot showers and pool/spa use. All taxes are included. All rooms can be viewed on the Kalani web site www.kalani.com

Note that the prices below are in Australian Dollars as GAIA is based in Australia and process all payments this way. To convert Australian Dollars into your currency please click on the following web site link to provide the price in your currency, www.xe.com/ucc/. If Paying an initial 20% deposit, the 80% balance in due by Friday 24th August, 2007.

Check In: After 4pm Saturday November 10th 2007 with dinner tonight being the first meal.
Check Out: By 11am Saturday November 24th 2007 with lunch today being the last meal.

Keepership Retreat participants are asked to be accommodated on the Saturday night before the retreat as the work starts promptly after breakfast next morning of the Sunday.

What your accommodation payment covers
• All accommodation for 14 nights
• All beautiful vegetarian and fish meals for the 14 days

What your accommodation payment does not cover
• Transport to and from Kalani to airport
• Inter Island or international airfares
• GAIA’s Teaching Fees for the 2 weeks

Booking Procedure

  1. Make you room/bed booking for the Keepership Retreat at the Kalani Retreat Centre on the GAIA web site with a payment of 20% deposit by clicking on the following link.
  2. GAIA will confirm by email, your room / bed booking with the room number and payment confirmation.
  3. Make your final payment (80%) before August 24th 2007 on the GAIA web site. The final payment figure of 80% for your room choice is shown in the table above so you can plan ahead.

Please note: If final payment is not made by August 24th 2007, then GAIA is obliged to cancel your booking and refund your deposit, less AU$100 administration fee. (GAIA has an obligation by contract, to pay Kalani for all rooms, and requires all final payments to be made promptly.)
